MedicAI costs ARS 25,900 + VAT per professional per month

The Premium plan costs ARS 25,900 + VAT per professional per month, for practices with 1 to 15 professionals. Larger clinics and medical centers have the Enterprise plan, with custom pricing based on scale. Prices are in Argentine pesos (ARS).

The whole system, with public pricing and no setup fees: SENTINEL (the clinical AI), a public 24/7 online booking page with email appointment reminders, electronic health records, electronic prescriptions (approved by Argentina's Ministry of Health and listed in its ReNaPDiS registry), Mercado Pago payments, ARCA e-invoicing, video consultations, practice statistics, a tamper-proof record history retained for 15 years and one secretary account per doctor. SENTINEL's AI reads and processes up to 50 documents per professional per month (reports, lab results, imaging studies) at no extra cost, and clinical insights are always included, with no limit. If your practice needs more volume, Sentinel Pro raises that quota to 500 documents per month.

Email appointment reminders are included in the plan, free and unlimited. Automatic WhatsApp reminders are an optional add-on activated per professional, with two plans: ARS 19,900 (+ VAT) per month for 200 reminders, or ARS 29,900 (+ VAT) for 400 (an individual quota per professional, with no overage charges). The trial is automatic: the first 25 reminders are free without activating anything, one time only; after that you choose a plan to continue. If a professional uses up their quota, only their WhatsApp messages are paused until the following month, and email reminders always keep going out. For clinics with 10 or more professionals, the add-on is quoted separately.

A read is one file: each report, lab result or study uploaded to the patient's chart and processed by SENTINEL with AI counts only once, even if the AI applies more than one process to it (for example, extracting the values from a lab result and making it available in the chat). The Premium plan includes 50 documents per professional per month, and Sentinel Pro (ARS 29,900 + VAT per month, purchased per professional) raises that to 500. Conversations with SENTINEL have their own quota, measured in tokens: 50,000 per month included in the plan and 500,000 with Sentinel Pro. The clinical insights shown when you open each chart are always included, with no limit.

Yes. On the Premium plan they apply automatically to the per-professional price: 5% for 2 to 5 professionals (bringing it to ARS 24,605), 10% for 6 to 10 (ARS 23,310) and 15% for 11 to 15 (ARS 22,015), always + VAT. These discounts don't apply to the Enterprise plan: clinics and medical centers with more than 15 professionals get a custom quote. For practices with 2 to 15 professionals, sign-up is assisted: leave us your details and we'll get back to you the same day.

No. There is no setup or implementation fee: a single professional signs up online, on their own, and the practice is set up in minutes. For practices with 2 to 15 professionals, onboarding is assisted and also free: we contact you and set everything up with you. On the Enterprise plan, dedicated onboarding is already included in the proposal.

The Enterprise plan has no list price: it is a proposal tailored to each institution (clinics and medical centers with more than 15 professionals), and the Premium plan's volume discounts don't apply. To prepare it, the Enterprise form asks for what defines the account: type of institution, number of professionals and locations, whether professionals share their patients' health records, and who invoices (the institution under its own CUIT tax ID, each professional, or a mixed arrangement). MedicAI issues electronic prescriptions: it is approved by Argentina's National Ministry of Health and listed in its ReNaPDiS registry (registration No. 292, MEDICAI S.A.S, registered as a Recetario, i.e. an e-prescription platform, HL7 FHIR standard).
