Compliance built in
An audit trail with a chained integrity hash, and every visit locked automatically after 24 hours.
Immutable as Law 26.529 requires, encrypted as Law 25.326 requires, and with AI that summarizes the patient for you before they walk into your office.
An audit trail with a chained integrity hash, and every visit locked automatically after 24 hours.
You dictate the visit and the note is saved to the record, already structured. Less typing, more time with the patient.
Patient summary, relevant history and alerts — with identifying data anonymized before it reaches any model.
Export your data in the FHIR R4 standard whenever you want. No lock-in.
Yes, they comply with Law 26.529. Every access and change creates an audit entry with a SHA-256 hash chained to the previous one, inside a WORM (write-once) audit log — any tampering with that trail breaks the chain and can be detected. Records are kept for 15 years, beyond the legal minimum, and the patient owns their record: they can request a full copy or have it exported in FHIR R4 format whenever they ask.
Yes. You can export your data in the FHIR R4 standard — patients, visits, diagnoses, vital signs and prescriptions — without depending on MedicAI to hand it over in some other way. There is no lock-in: the data belongs to the patient and the professional, not to the software.
The patient's identifying information is anonymized before the clinical content is processed by the AI models. The model works with the clinical picture, not with the patient's identity.
It depends on the role. The secretary manages appointments and the schedule but has no access to the clinical content of the record. Each doctor sees their own finances, and clinical data is shared only within the same practice — never between different organizations.

Yes. From the patient's chart you issue electronic prescriptions: medication by generic name with an optional suggested brand name, dosage form and strength, quantity, dose, directions and an ICD-10 coded diagnosis.
